LoEstro was the exclusive financial advisor to the team of Oakridge International School. LoEstro enabled structure valuation, lender evaluation, enabled negotiations between the parties, bridged the diligence process, and helped the School in structuring fund allocation and closure of the deal

Outcome

As a result of LoEstro’s engagement with the Oakridge International School, the School was able to raise debt from a renowned Indian Bank. The structured debt raised was then utilized by the School for campus expansion in Bangalore, India
