LoEstro advises Vasireddy Venkatadri Institute of Technology on its fundraise

VVIT, founded in 2007, is a leading engineering college in located strategically between Guntur and Vijayawada in the capital region of Amaravati, AP. The institution has grown to house over 6,000 students annually, with admits from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and other neighbouring states.

VIVA the School, housed in the same vicinity as VVIT, is a leading international school in Andhra Pradesh. The school offers IB PYP in primary years, and the CBSE curriculum for higher grades. The school has grown to a family of 800+ students in a short span of time, and is planning to start new campuses outside of Guntur.

Process

LoEstro executed a dual-track process for debt financing and infrastructure investment for the promoters of VVIT. The promoters received competitive bids from banks, NBFCs, and real estate funds, enabling them to choose the most optimal route for their growth and expansion.

Outcome

LoEstro served as the sole financial advisor to VVIT in its strategic partnership with Bahrain’s InvestCorp. The agreement involves InvestCorp’s investment in VVIT’s K-12 and Student Housing Infrastructure, supporting mutual growth objectives. VVIT aims to enhance academic and housing facilities in alignment with its expansion strategy.
